The story of what it means to be queer in America today. The collaboration between myself and photographer Molly Landreth took us on a journey from the forests of the Ozarks, to the drag king balls of East St. Louis, to the gay affirming churches of Galveston, Texas to the quiet cul-de-sacs of Jackson, Mississippi. The award winning project has exhibited internationally.
